Syed Imran Haider Steps Down as Company Secretary of Shahzad Textile Mills Limited, Muhammad Faisal Appointed

Islamabad, Shahzad Textile Mills Limited has announced a change in its corporate secretary position. Syed Imran Haider has ceased to act as the Company Secretary effective March 18, 2024. Following his departure, Mr. Muhammad Faisal has been appointed to fill the role.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) and the TRE Certificate Holders have been duly informed of this change as per regulatory requirements.
