Karachi, Telecard Limited, in compliance with Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.6.1 of PSX Regulations, has officially taken on the role of Ultimate Holding Company of Hallmark Company Limited. This follows the acquisition by Telecard Limited’s subsidiary, Supernet Infrastructure Solutions (Private) Limited (the “Acquirer”), of 314,220 ordinary shares, representing a substantial 62.84% stake in Hallmark Company Limited. The acquisition was completed on August 15, 2023, reinforcing Telecard Limited’s position as the primary holding entity for Hallmark Company Limited.
