Karachi, July 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Customers Care and Billing (CC and B) system of Sui Southern Gas Company would be unavailable from 12 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at all SSGC’s Customer Facilitation Centres (CFCs) across Sindh and Baluchistan, owing to annual closing for FY 2012-13. As a result SSGC Facilitation Centers will be unable to provide services to our walk-in customers seeking facilitation for the issuance of duplicate bills, installments of bills, reconnections etc.
All SSGC valued customers planning to visit SSGC’s CFC, during this period, are hereby requested to kindly visit the SSGC offices well before 12 pm, Wednesday, July 10, in order to acquire needed assistance.
SSGC’s management regrets the inconvenience caused to its esteemed customers as a result of system unavailability during this period.
