The Ghani Glass Limited’s dispatch of bonus shares certificates

Karachi, December 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that bonus share certificates @ 10% in respect of interim stock dividend for the year ending June 30, 2013 along with sale proceeds of fraction shares amount (if any) have been dispatched by registered post to all the entitled shareholders at their latest addresses registered with the company.

The Bonus shares of entitled CDC shareholders in respect of captioned bonus issued have already been credited to their CDC account on December 06, 2012.
