The Hub Power Company Announces Corporate Action for Sukuk Certificates Holders

Karachi, The Hub Power Company Limited has informed shareholders about the upcoming Corporate Action for the Sukuk Certificates 3rd Issue – 17th Profit Payment and 4th Principal Payment. The company has announced the closure of Sukuk Transfer Books from August 15 to August 21, 2023, during which no transfers will be allowed.

However, the notice clarified that there will be no Entitlements recommended by the Board of Directors and no allotment of bonus securities proposed to be made at this time.

Shareholders and sub-account holders are requested to provide their registration details in accordance with the provisions of the Central Depositories Act, 1997, and the CDC Regulations.
