The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s investor’s claims filed at the Karachi Stock Exchange against M/S. Capital One Equities Limited –ex- member of the exchange

Karachi: M/s. Capital One Equities Limited – Ex-Member of The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited (KSE) (Exchange) has sent to the Exchange various “settlement agreements” apparently signed by their clients withdrawing their claim(s)/complaints(s) earlier filed with the Exchange for recovery of their dues/securities. Names of these complainants/claimants are available on the Exchange website www.kse.com1pk.

To verify the authenticity of these agreements, the Exchange sent letters through courier with a copy of the said settlement agreement to all these clients of the said Ex-Member on the addresses given in their respective claim’s form(s) submitted to the Exchange, requesting confirmation that they have indeed withdrawn their claims on M/s. Capital One Equities Limited -Ex-Member. However, the Exchange has not received as yet replies from some of these clients of M/s. Capital One Equities Limited – Ex-Member. In view of above, the Exchange, through this Public Advertisement/Notice, once again requests the said claimant(s)/complainant(s) to inform the Exchange in writing, in case they have not executed said settlement agreements with M/s. Capital One Equities Limited – Ex-Member.

All such claimants/complainants may please check their names on the Exchange’s website and intimate along with necessary particulars to the Exchange in this regard within seven days from the date of publication of this advertisement, failing which it will be assumed that the said settlement agreement has been validly executed and claims against the Company (M/s. Capital One Equities Limited – Ex-Member) have been duly withdrawn and consequently no further action on the part of the Exchange is required and their matter will stand closed.
