Karachi, UBL Pakistan Enterprise Index (UPP9) has announced that it will consider re-constitution of its portfolio effective from May 3, 2023. As a result, the UBLP-ETF will also re-constitute its portfolio if required. This move may affect the dissemination of iNAV during the re-constitution period, which will be suspended until further notice. The Company has assured that it will inform the exchange once the portfolio is reconstituted.
The UPP9 is a stock market index comprising of Pakistan’s top-performing companies. The index provides investors with a benchmark to track the performance of the country’s economy. The UBLP-ETF, which is an Exchange-Traded Fund, aims to replicate the performance of the UPP9 index.
