Lahore, Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited has provided important information regarding the distribution of entitlements and its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for the year-end 2023.

Shareholders are advised that the entitlements, including a cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share (10%), will be disbursed to individuals whose names appear in the Register of Members on October 20, 2023.

Additionally, the Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from October 21, 2023, to October 27, 2023 (both days inclusive). Any share transfers received by the company’s registrar, M/S CorpTec Associates (Private) Limited, Lahore, until the close of business on October 20, 2023, will be considered valid for the purpose of the aforementioned entitlements.

Furthermore, the company has enclosed its Financial Results as Annexure A and B, allowing shareholders to review the detailed financial performance.

Lastly, mark your calendars for the Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited Annual General Meeting, which is set to take place on October 27, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office.

The Annual Report for the period ended June 30, 2023, will be transmitted through PUCARS within the specified time, providing shareholders with comprehensive insights into the company’s performance and strategic direction.
