AJK President Calls for Global Mobilization Against Modi’s Policies in Kashmir

Muzaffarabad, In a significant appeal, President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies in Occupied Kashmir, attributing them to electoral ambitions tied to the upcoming general elections in India. He called on the international Kashmiri community, particularly those based in America, to intensify their efforts to expose what he described as the “cruel intentions of the Indian government.

According to Press Information Department – Azad Jammu and Kashmir, President Chaudhry made these remarks during a meeting with a delegation of overseas Kashmiris at the President’s Kashmir House in Islamabad. He highlighted Modi’s adherence to Hindutva policies and alleged use of illegal tactics to influence the upcoming elections. Chaudhry’s statements come at a time when tensions in Kashmir remain high, with frequent international calls for resolution and peace.

The President emphasized the active role that Kashmiris abroad, especially in America, have historically played in advocating for Kashmiri rights and bringing international attention to the issue. He urged them to continue their efforts to reveal the adverse actions and strategies of the Indian government and intelligence agencies on global platforms.

The meeting also addressed the recent allegations of Indian involvement in international terrorism, citing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s statement to the Canadian Parliament regarding the killing of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Najar, which President Chaudhry used to further criticize Modi’s global influence.
