AKD Hospitality Ltd. to Evaluate Nine-Month and Q3 Financials at Board Meeting

Karachi, AKD Hospitality Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office and will focus on reviewing the financial accounts for the nine months and third quarter ending March 31, 2024.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (Listing of Companies and Securities Regulations), AKD Hospitality Ltd. has announced a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024. During this period, all directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.

The company has notified THE Certificate holders of the exchange to ensure that all parties adhere to the restrictions set forth during this critical financial review period.
