Karachi, AKD Hospitality Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office and will focus on reviewing the financial accounts for the nine months and third quarter ending March 31, 2024.

During this period, all directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
