Al-Moosvi concerned over settling of non-Kashmiris in IOK

Srinagar, December 24, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi, has expressed serious concern over the issuance of domicile certificates to non-Kashmiri Hindus in Jammu terming the move as a conspiracy to harm the demographic composition of the territory.

Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement in Srinagar said that as per the Partition Plan of South Asian subcontinent that was based on the Two-Nation theory these non-Muslim refugees were Indian citizens and it was responsibility of the Indian government to settle them in India. He said that the people of Kashmir were not against the settlement of the refugees but they should be settled in India cities and not in the disputed Jammu and Kashmir.

The APHC leader said that the plan to rehabilitate these refugees in the territory was a conspiracy to change its demography which the Muslim majority population would not allow to succeed. He urged the puppet authorities to give up their policy of settling non-Muslim refugees in the disputed Jammu and Kashmir.
