APHC-AJK Delegation Discusses IIOJK Issues with Pakistani Advisor

Islamabad: A delegation from the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) met with Shabbir Ahmed Usmani, an advisor to the Pakistani Prime Minister on Kashmir, to discuss the ongoing human rights challenges in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to Kashmir Media Service, the delegation briefed Usmani on the dire human rights situation in IIOJK, including severe violations and abuses by Indian forces. Usmani reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination through diplomatic, political, and moral avenues. He also criticized the Indian government’s policies aimed at altering the demographic makeup of the region and called for international intervention to prevent further atrocities.
