Atlas honda to hold board meeting to review annual financial statements

Karachi, Atlas Honda has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 30, 2024, in Karachi to review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will also consider the declaration of any entitlement.

The company has declared a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2024, to April 30, 2024, in accordance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.

Atlas Honda has requested that members of the exchange be informed about the upcoming board meeting and the closed period to ensure compliance with PSX regulations.
