The document specified that the company’s auditors, M/s. Riaz Ahmad & Company, Chartered Accountants, have resigned as of 29th March 2024. D.M. Textile Mills Limited stated that the resulting vacancy would be addressed promptly, ensuring continuity in compliance and audit functions.
