Awaz App Launched to Combat Human Rights Violations

Islamabad: The Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, introduced the Awaz App, an innovative platform developed by the Ministry of Human Rights. This application is designed to facilitate the reporting of human rights violations, including cases of missing or abducted children, and to coordinate a prompt response from both authorities and community organizations.

According to Ministry of Human Rights, the Awaz App marks a significant milestone in the government’s commitment to human rights, demonstrating a dedication to using technology for quick and effective resolution of reported issues and to maintaining justice.

The app is currently available for download on Android, with an iOS version expected soon, enabling citizens to actively participate in safeguarding human rights in their communities.
