Balochistan Braces for Mixed Weather Conditions This Week

Quetta: The Regional Meteorological Center Balochistan has forecasted varied weather conditions across the province this week, with most areas expecting hot and humid weather, interspersed with chances of light rain and thunderstorms in several districts.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Thursday will see predominantly hot and humid conditions throughout most districts, though areas like Ziarat, Harnai, Kalat, Khuzdar, Musa Khel, and Secunderabad may experience light rain accompanied by thunder. Similarly, Sibi, Dera Bugti, Panjgur, and neighboring Punjab are expected to have light rain with thunder.

The weather on Friday will continue to be mainly hot and humid across the province. However, districts such as Sabi, Washak, Panjgur, Ziarat, Harnai, Kalat, Dera Bugti, Barkhan, and Khuzdar might face thundershowers. Meanwhile, Awaran, Musa Khel, Jhal Magsi, Jafarabad, Nasirabad, and Lasbela are also likely to experience light rain with thunder, indicating a slight relief from the prevailing heat.
