Bank Alfalah Announces Closure Dates for 13th Coupon Payment on BAFL TFC 6

Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has declared the forthcoming closure of its register for TFC holders, which will affect the 13th coupon payment of its Term Finance Certificates (TFC 6). The register will remain closed from September 11, 2024, to September 25, 2024, encompassing all days within this period.

The closure is slated to enable the determination of the 13th semiannual coupon payment. Only certificate holders listed by the book closure date will be eligible for this profit payment. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), transfers that are received at the Karachi-based Registrar and Share Transfer office by the end of business on September 10, 2024, will be considered timely for profit entitlement.

This event follows Bank Alfalah’s consistent approach to managing its financial instruments and rewarding its investors. The precise value of the coupon payment, however, has not been disclosed by the company.
