Bank Alfalah Announces Disbursement of Final Cash Dividend for 2023

Karachi, Bank Alfalah Limited has successfully disbursed the final cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, to its shareholders. The dividend, set at Rs. 5 per share, equivalent to a 50% payout, was credited electronically to the designated bank accounts of shareholders who had provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).

The disbursement process, which took place from March 27 to March 29, 2024, followed the unanimous approval of the dividend during the bank’s 32nd Annual General Meeting held on March 20, 2024. Shareholders who have not submitted their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) numbers and/or IBANs have had their dividends withheld, in compliance with the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. Bank Alfalah has assured that these withheld dividends will be released within 15 days upon the receipt of the required information from the affected shareholders.
