Srinagar: The body of a Kashmiri boy has been recovered from the Jhelum River in Baramulla district, marking a tragic incident in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Hazim Nisar, a resident of Baramulla, drowned while bathing in the river on Wednesday. His body was recovered from the river on Friday following an extensive search by police and rescue teams.

The recovery efforts concluded on Friday after a challenging search operation, highlighting the swift response of the local authorities and rescue personnel in the wake of the drowning.
