Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Honors Fallen Constable in Sargodha

Lahore, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has offered her respects to Constable Mohsin Abbas, who was martyred during an exchange of fire with dacoits while on patrol in the outskirts of Sargodha.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the Chief Minister recognized Constable Abbas’s ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, highlighting his bravery in protecting the lives and properties of citizens. Maryam Nawaz assured that the valor of the fallen constable would not be forgotten and directed the Inspector General of Police to provide support to the bereaved family members.

The incident has cast a spotlight on the risks faced by police officers in the region and underscores the government’s commitment to the welfare of its personnel and their families, especially those who have paid the ultimate price in service to their community.
