London, During a meeting in London with the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), Stephen Twigg, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to the values and development goals of the Commonwealth. Sadiq highlighted the organization’s potential in addressing current global challenges and enhancing the welfare of its member countries’ citizens.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Twigg expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s active role in advancing the Commonwealth’s development agenda, acknowledging the country as a vital partner. The discussions underscored the importance of continued collaboration among member states to leverage the Commonwealth’s influence in global geopolitical and economic affairs.
