Karachi, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited is set to convene a significant board meeting on August 25, 2023, both in Karachi and through a Zoom audio/videoconference. The purpose of the meeting is to deliberate upon the quarterly accounts for the period concluding on June 30, 2023, with a specific focus on potential entitlement declarations.

In line with the regulatory stipulations outlined in Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has officially initiated a “Closed Period” starting from August 18, 2023, and concluding on August 25, 2023, covering both days inclusively. During this designated period, Directors, CEOs, and Executives are prohibited from engaging in any direct or indirect transactions involving the shares of the company.
