During this time frame, which includes both specified dates, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to engage in any form of direct or indirect dealings involving Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited’s shares. This restriction will continue to be in effect until the Closed Period concludes and the financial information is duly disclosed.
