Karachi, Dawood Lawrencepur Ltd has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to delay its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Originally scheduled for March 31, 2024, after the end of its fiscal year on December 31, 2023, the company will now have until May 29, 2024, to hold the AGM.
