Deputy PM Ishaq Dar Commends Swift Rescue of Diplomat’s Wife by Islamabad Police

Islamabad, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has publicly commended the Islamabad Police, led by IG Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, for their rapid rescue of the Vietnamese Ambassador’s wife. The commendation was made during a telephonic conversation with the Inspector General.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Dar praised IG Rizvi and his team for their efficient use of modern technology in quickly resolving the incident involving the diplomat’s wife. He also directed the Islamabad Police to ensure that any future issues involving the diplomatic community are addressed with the same urgency and effectiveness.

This incident highlights the ongoing commitment of Islamabad’s law enforcement to the safety and swift assistance of the international diplomatic community residing in the capital.
