Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing bilateral relations with Iran, following a meeting with Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian in Tehran.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting took place after the investiture ceremony of President Pezeshkian, where Deputy PM Dar conveyed the congratulations of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari on Pezeshkian’s electoral success. President Pezeshkian expressed appreciation for the felicitations and emphasized Iran’s commitment to maintaining and improving relations with its neighbor. This exchange underscores the ongoing efforts by both nations to foster a strong and cooperative bilateral relationship.
