Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar Engages with Pakistani Community in Gambia

Banjul, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar recently met with members of the Pakistani community in Gambia, discussing the outcomes and engagements of the Pakistani delegation at the 15th OIC Summit. The community gathering served as a platform for dialogue on key international issues and bilateral relations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during the interaction, Ishaq Dar detailed the delegation’s efforts at the summit, particularly focusing on addressing the issues of Kashmir and Islamophobia. The meeting underscored the significant topics that were raised during the summit, reflecting Pakistan’s diplomatic priorities.

The members of the Pakistani community in Gambia expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to engage directly with the Deputy Prime Minister. They also presented several proposals aimed at enhancing the bilateral relationship between Pakistan and Gambia, suggesting areas for deeper cooperation and mutual development.
