Karachi, Dewan Sugar Mills Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2023, in Karachi, Pakistan. The primary agenda of the meeting is to review and consider the Third Quarterly Financial Statements of the company for the period ended June 30, 2023.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, Dewan Sugar Mills Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 18, 2023, to July 25, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
