1. On July 13, 2023, Amir Zia purchased 20,000 shares of LSE Ventures Limited at a rate of 5.99 PKR per share. The transaction was conducted through CDC (Central Depository Company) and involved the transfer of shares in ready form.

2. On July 14, 2023, Amir Zia made another purchase of 30,000 shares of LSE Ventures Limited at a rate of 6.86 PKR per share. Similar to the previous transaction, this trade was also executed through CDC, using shares in ready form.
