DHA Gujranwala Issues Guide for Property Possession in Sectors C and G

GUJRANWALA, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has provided a comprehensive guide for obtaining possession in Sectors C and G, aiming to simplify the process for property owners. The detailed instructions were released through an instructional video on the official Facebook page of DHA Gujranwala on November 20.

According to Zameen.com, the step-by-step guide outlines the necessary procedures and documents required for property possession. The process is broken down into five key steps to ensure clarity and ease for the allottees.

Step 1 involves the submission of initial documents, including two possession forms, photocopies of the allotment letter, and the allottee’s CNIC. Step 2 requires the submission of the proposed house drawing and an original soil test report. In Step 3, further documentation is necessary, such as a demarcation form, NOC from Finance, and various undertakings related to water supply and construction. This step also requires a copy of the paid challan for possession charges and a photocopy of the drawing approval letter by DHA.

The guide’s fourth step covers the application for water and sewage connections. Applicants must submit the application form along with the original and photocopy of the paid challan for these connections, two photographs of the house, and photocopies of the site plan, CNIC, and paid bill. Finally, Step 5 involves submitting an application for the completion certificate to the Director of Building Control, including various documents and photographs of the house.

This structured approach by DHA Gujranwala is intended to streamline the possession process, making it more transparent and accessible for property owners in these sectors. It reflects DHA’s commitment to providing efficient and clear guidelines for its residents and property owners.
