Karachi: This is to advise you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Engro Foods Limited (EFOODS) is scheduled to he held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. on the 5th Floor, The Harbor Front Building, HC # 3, Marine Drive, Block-4, Clifton, Karachi to consider the 3Q Accounts for the year 2011.

This is to inform you that Engro Foods Limited (Company) has declared a Closed Period from Wednesday, October 12, 2011 to Thursday, October 20, 2011 (both days inclusive) as the quarterly Accounts of the Company will be reviewed by the Board on Thursday, October 20, 2011. No director or Executive of the Company shall deal in the Company shares, directly or indirectly, during this period.
