Islamabad, July 24, 2023 (PPI-OT): Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar met Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf at Speaker House Islamabad on Monday. Lawyers of Gujjar Khan Bar Council were also present in the meeting. In the meeting, pending legislation was discussed including issues of Gujjar Khan Bar Council.

Speaker National Assembly informed the Federal Minister for Law and Justice about the problems of Gujar Khan Bar Council. He said that solving the problems of Gujar Khan Bar Council is his first priority. He said that the role of the lawyers’ community is of key importance for the rule of law, supremacy of the constitution and the promotion of democracy in the country.
