First Equity Modaraba’s board meeting of first equity modaraba

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Premier Financial Services (Private) Limited, the management company of First Equity Modaraba (FEM), is scheduled for Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 12.00 noon.

The agenda includes the consideration of the unaudited financial statements of First Equity Modaraba for the quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2012.

This is for your information and further necessary action in this regard.

Please note that the “Closed Period” as per clause xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance would be from April 18, 2012 to April 25, 2012 (both days inclusive).
