Karachi, First Tri-Star Modaraba has released its condensed interim statement of profit and loss for the nine-month period ending March 31, 2024, showing a decrease in profits compared to the previous year.
The company reported a profit of 7,023,605 rupees for the nine months ending March 31, 2024, down from 10,410,464 rupees in the same period of 2023. Revenue for the nine-month period in 2024 was 33,443,750 rupees, a decrease from 37,923,183 rupees in 2023.
For the three-month period ending March 31, 2024, the profit stood at 5,874,368 rupees, slightly less than the 5,961,440 rupees recorded in the corresponding period last year. The earnings per certificate for the quarter were 0.28, consistent with the same period in 2023.
Administrative expenses for the nine-month period in 2024 slightly decreased to 24,045,935 rupees from 24,175,565 rupees in 2023. The company also reported other income of 471,389 rupees and financial charges of 11,019 rupees for the nine months of 2024.
