Foreign Office Denies Plans for Foreign Minister’s Imminent Visit to China

Islamabad, The Foreign Office today denied recent media reports about Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar’s planned visit to China, stating that no such trip is scheduled for the immediate future.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch clarified that the Foreign Minister does not have any travel plans to China this week. She mentioned that the dates for any of the Foreign Minister’s overseas visits would be announced at an appropriate time.

The statement comes in response to circulating speculations suggesting an imminent diplomatic trip by Dar to China, which the Foreign Office has now officially rebutted.
