G20 summit in IIOJK, futile exercise on India’s part: Kaira

Islamabad, May 23, 2023 (PPI-OT): Advisor to the Prime Minister on Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Qamar Zaman Kaira says India cannot hide the worst human rights situation in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir by holding G-20 summit in the valley.

Talking to APP during his visit to Bagh, he lashed out India for its ulterior motives behind holding the G20 summit in Srinagar which was meant to deceive and mislead the world. Qamar Zaman Kaira Kaira said Pakistan’s outreach to friendly countries and member states of G-20 has been bearing fruits, as several countries decided not to participate in the moot. He categorically stated that Pakistan is against India’s decision to hold G-20 summit in the disputed territory.
