Karachi, October 1, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Globe Textile Mills Limited (GLOT) will be held on Monday, 8th October 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the Registered office, 105, 1st Floor Ibrahim Trade Tower Shahrah -a- Faisal, Karachi to consider the Annual Accounts (Audited) for the period ended 30 June, 2012.

Closed Period: As per the proviso of Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Code of Corporate Governance of Exchange, the closed period will be from 1st October, 2012 to 8th October, 2012.
