Government clarifies that reports prevailing in media regarding working mechanism of Military Courts, and referral mechanism of such cases is baseless

Islamabad, January 08, 2015 (PPI-OT): The reports prevailing in different quarters of media regarding working mechanism of Military Courts, and the referral mechanism of such cases is baseless. Federal government (Interior Ministry), in collaboration with provincial government and military leadership is still working on devising a full-fledged mechanism and framework for the working of military courts. As soon as the mechanism is finalized, it will be made public. Clueless conjectures in this regard should be avoided.
