Karachi, Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has disclosed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on June 27, 2023, in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to non-financial results of the company.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.ld) of the PSX Regulations, Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has declared a “Closed Period” from June 20, 2023, to June 27, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the bank, either directly or indirectly, is allowed to engage in any transactions involving the shares of the company.
