IGI Aggressive Income Fund Limited’s notice of book Closure for IGI Aggressive Income Fund Managed By IGI Funds Limited

Karachi: This is to inform you that the Register of Unit-Holders of IGI Aggressive Income Fund Limited (IGIAIF) (managed by IGI Funds Limited) maintained by the Management Company in its capacity as Transfer Agent at 7th, Floor, The Forum, Suite # 701-713, G-20, Khayaban-e- Jami, Block -9, Clifton, Karachi will be closed during the period July 01, 2011 to July 05, 2011 both days inclusive for determining the entitlement to any dividend/bonus that may he declared by the Management Company.

During the period the Register is closed, there will be no transaction in Units. All Authorized Branches and distribution centers will receive the Sale, Redemption and Transfer Application only up to June 30, 2011. Unit Holders whose names are included in the Register on June 30, 2011 will be entitled to dividend/bonus, if declared, for the period ending June 30, 2011.

The transaction in Units will recommence from July 06, 2011 on the ex-dividend / ex- bonus NAV.

Unit-holders are requested to notify any change in address and other particulars to the Transfer Agent on or before June 30, 2011.
