Srinagar, Indian police in Srinagar, occupied Jammu and Kashmir, have produced a charge sheet under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act registered at the Bemina police station before the Court of Special Judge (NIA Court) in Srinagar.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of police produced the charge sheet in the NIA Court against four individuals allegedly involved in an attack in Hamdaniya Colony, Bemina, in December 2023. The attack resulted in the death of a police constable. The four accused individuals have been identified as Mehnan Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmad Khanday, Danish Ahmad Malla, and Arjumand Gulzar.
