Intensifies Efforts in Anti-Polio Campaign

Loralai: Deputy Commissioner Meeran Baloch launched a new phase of the anti-polio campaign at the DHQ Hospital Loralai, where he personally administered polio drops to children, signaling a ramped-up effort to eradicate the disease in the district.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, During the campaign kickoff, Deputy Commissioner Baloch emphasized the importance of comprehensive coverage and meticulous monitoring by all Unit Charge Medical Officers (UCMOs). He urged them to ensure that no child is overlooked during the polio drives in their respective Union Councils. Baloch also called for full parental cooperation with the health workers to ensure the success of the campaign against polio, highlighting the government’s commitment to eliminating the disease from the region.
