Interior Minister Commends Pakistan Coast Guards, Announces Upgrades

The minister addressed these points while leading a key meeting at the Pakistan Coast Guards headquarters in Karachi.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Naqvi outlined the significant and proactive contributions of the coastal guards in controlling smuggling activities and managing trade regulations, despite the challenges posed by limited resources. He detailed the government’s commitment to upgrading the Coast Guards to modern standards, aiming to boost their functionality and efficiency in securing Pakistan’s maritime interests.
