Interior Minister Honors Martyred Constable in Tank District

Karachi, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi recently paid homage to Police Constable Usman Ghani, who was killed in a terrorist attack near Shan Khel Koruna in Tank district. The minister praised Ghani’s bravery and sacrifice in the line of duty, emphasizing the significant role of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in the country’s ongoing battle against terrorism.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Naqvi delivered a poignant statement, honoring Constable Ghani’s ultimate sacrifice for national peace, which he said elevated him to the esteemed status of martyrdom. He commended the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police for their front-line position in combating terrorism, acknowledging that the sacrifices made by its members have indelibly marked the nation’s history.

The Interior Minister asserted that the sacrifices of such martyrs will not be in vain, expressing confidence that terrorism will be eradicated through the strength of national unity.
