Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Pledges Upgrades to Lahore NADRA Center Amid Citizen Complaints

Islamabad, In a recent visit to the continuously operational NADRA center in Shimla Pahari, Lahore, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi committed to transforming the facility into a model center following numerous grievances from citizens about understaffing and delays.

According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi acknowledged the citizens’ complaints during his visit and assured them of immediate improvements. He emphasized the need to address the shortage of staff and the prolonged waiting times that have plagued the center. The minister’s engagement was well received by the attendees, including a senior citizen who expressed optimism about the resolution of these long-standing issues under Naqvi’s stewardship.

Citizens present during the visit also expressed confidence in Minister Naqvi’s capabilities to enhance the services at the NADRA center, appreciating his reputed commitment to improving government facilities.
