Islamabad Police Announce Promotions for Ministerial Officers

Islamabad: The Islamabad Capital Police have announced the promotion of several ministerial staff officers, following the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).

According to Islamabad Capital Police, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi oversaw the promotion process. A formal notification was issued, and a meeting was held where IGP Rizvi, accompanied by AIG Establishment Abdul Haq Imrani, formally handed promotion orders to the officers.

During the ceremony, IGP Rizvi congratulated the newly promoted officers and emphasized the importance of departmental promotion as a fundamental right. He expressed his expectation that the officers would continue to perform their duties with integrity and dedication. Rizvi also reiterated his commitment to the welfare of the police force, marking it as a top priority during his tenure.
