On the second day of the five-day national polio campaign, Assistant Commissioner Dera Allah Yar Ali Shah Abbasi conducted reviews of teams in various areas, affirming their diligent efforts in administering polio vaccinations to children. According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Assistant Commissioner Abbasi, following special instructions from Deputy Commissioner Captain Retired Mirbaz Khan Marri, monitored the performance of the vaccination teams. He expressed satisfaction with their work and urged them to continue their efforts vigorously to eradicate the polio epidemic from the district and the province. Abbasi emphasized the crucial role of community engagement in the campaign, calling on all societal segments to support the government’s efforts to prevent the disease from disabling more children. He stressed the importance of collective action to eliminate polio in both the district and the broader region.
