Karachi: Notice has been issued regarding the book closure for KE SUKUK-6 to facilitate the eighth profit or rental payment due on August 23, 2024. The transfer books will remain closed from August 15, 2024, to August 23, 2024, inclusive of both dates.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this closure period will allow for the processing of entitlements related to the forthcoming payment. Transfer requests that are submitted to CDC Share Registrar Services Limited by August 13, 2024, will be processed in time for the distribution of profits or rental income to the transferees.
This procedural measure ensures that all transactions pertaining to KE SUKUK-6 are accounted for properly before the profit distribution date, aligning with standard financial practices for securities management.
