Kharan Official Distributes Stationery to Orphans, Calls for Greater Community Support

Kharan, In a heartwarming community event yesterday, Sohail Islam Baloch, the District Support Manager of PPHI Kharan, visited the Pakistan Baitul Mal Sweet Home to distribute stationery among orphaned children, signaling ongoing local support for underprivileged youth.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Baloch, accompanied by former President of Press Club Kharan and senior journalist Mohammad Isa Mohammad Hosni, provided pencils, geometry books, pens, and other essential items to the children. The initiative was warmly received by the children, who expressed gratitude for the support they consistently receive at the Sweet Home.

Baloch commented on the joy and mental peace derived from interacting with the children, emphasizing the community’s responsibility to support these young individuals. He highlighted that the Sweet Home currently houses 95 orphans from various districts of Rakhshan Devidan who previously lacked basic educational supplies. Baloch called on local nobles and philanthropists to contribute to the facility, ensuring that the children have access to quality education and the necessary resources to thrive.

This gesture is part of a series of programs aimed at enriching the lives of orphans in Kharan, encouraging wider community involvement in supporting the developmental needs of vulnerable children.
