Kohinoor Mills Limited’s board of directors’ meeting and declaration of ‘closed period’

Karachi: This is to inform that 98th Board of Directors meeting of the Company is going to be held on Thursday, 26th day of April, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at 8th kilometer Manga Raiwind Road,. District Kasur, to consider and approve 3rd quarterly accounts for the period ended March 31, 2012, for declaration of any entitlement, if any and for any other corporate business.

As required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited, the Company has declared ‘Closed Period’ from 19-04-2012 to 26-04-2012 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
